Estimates
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates for all drywall projects. Quoting off plans, we will first provide a budget price, followed by a final price once framing is complete and all finishes have been finalized.
What is the quoting process?
Quotes will be sent within 5 business days. When quoting renos we can budget off plan and site measure when demo is complete. All other types of drywall, patches / unfinished areas / texture patches / etc., we will schedule a site measure and then send a final quote.

Scheduling & Timeline
How soon can you start my project?
Project start times depend on our current schedule, but we strive to begin work as quickly as possible after the estimate is approved. This is typically done within 2-3 weeks.
How long does drywall installation take?
Most standard residential houses take 2-3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the work. Basic patches take 3-5 days depending on the finish and dry time between coats of mud, which can vary with heat availability and weather.
For smaller renovations, we prefer to schedule a Monday start with plans to be completed by Friday to ensure minimal disruption.
Can you work around my schedule?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your availability and minimize disruption. Scheduling further ahead of time, 3-4 weeks, ensures a tighter schedule.
Materials & Quality
What type of drywall do you use?
We use high-quality materials which include CGC/CERTAINTEED Gyproc and Mud, and Cloverdale Paint products.
Do you handle insulation and soundproofing as well?
No insulation. We install drywall and soundproofing as part of the drywall process if needed.
Do you match existing textures and finishes?
Yes, we specialize in matching existing textures for repairs. Reboarding a ceiling is the only way to ensure 100% quality and consistency. Patching existing areas runs the risk of staining and cracking as well as some of the original textures are no longer available which makes patching more difficult. It is also very difficult to match when the original ceiling has been painted. We offer samples of finishes beforehand so you can make the best decision for your repair.
Cost & Payment
How much does drywall installation or repair cost?
Prices vary based on the size of the project, the type of drywall finish, and any custom finishes. Basic patches still involve 3-5 trips with dry time; therefore, one basic patch will cost at minimum $225 plus GST.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques, and E-transfer.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required for work over $2,000 to secure your spot on our schedule, with the balance due upon completion.
Aftercare & Warranty
Do you clean up after the work is completed?
Is your work guaranteed?
For new construction projects we offer a 1-year warranty, ensuring that the house is heated at a minimum of 15 degrees consistently. If the moisture in a house surpasses 19%, warping and shrinking will happen as the wood dries. If this happens you will have cracks and screw pops, which are not covered in this warranty.
